State Superintendent's Meeting on Nov 18th
Thursday, November 19, 2009

On November 18, 2009 the Alabama State Superintendent, Dr Joseph Morton, conducted a meeting with superintendents across the state through an on-line medium called Elluminate. Dr. Mark Bazzell and key administrative staff at PCBOE participated in the session to share ideas and thoughts with other superintendents around the state on how K-12 education can maximize their strength and influence to secure the best possible education budget for Funding Year 2011.

Other additional features of the session featured a presentation by Dr. Don Williamson, Alabama's State Health Officer, on the availability of the H1N1 vaccine and school-based clinics to administer the vaccines.
